Soundbyter grants you license to use these sounds in any non-commercial  audio/visual productions such as film, television, podcast, radio, personal ring-tone, or other multimedia project. Sounds offered by soundbyter may be used for commercial purposes with written permission from sounbyter.com. Written permission may be obtained by emailing soundbyter.

Restrictions

Sounds licensed from soundbyter.com may not be sold, redistributed, duplicated, or posted without written consent from soundbyter.com unless expressly permitted by this site.
